"I took my SeaDoo in because it was over heating, I sure was worried and did not know what to expect when the diognostics came back. The service dept checked everything out and said it was the radiatior cap, WOW!! "As a long time customer of Escondido Cycle Center I am compelled to write this letter to you. Over the years of dealing with ECC I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. All of my many transactions have gone smoothly and professionally. The sales staff and managers have always gone the extra mile to ensure that all of my transactions go as expected. This time you guys raised the bar even higher. On June 13th, I purchased a new 2008 Honda Goldwing. Jim Hawkins handled this transaction along with Mike Peetz. I can't describe the effort that was put forth by Jim Hawkins to make this deal what I wanted. I'm not sure what exactly was done behind the scenes, but Mr. Hawkins went above and beyond the call of duty to assure this transaction was completed to my liking. The financing was an issue (percentage rate), and without trying to talk me into something I didn't want, or settle with Honda's offer, Jim Hawkins said to give him a day or two to see if he could do better with the financing. To my surprise, Jim called me the next morning with the news to come pick up my new bike, at my terms. Wow, no arguing, no BS, he simply took care of a long time customer. I am very appreciative of his efforts, along with the entire dealership staff. I am extremely pleased with all that occurred. I will continue to recommend ECC to everybody I come in contact with. What a wonderful experience. Thank you all at ECC, especially Jim Hawkins, Thanks."

"ECC is an awesome place and service. My best experiance were that Sales staff does not harrass you. I went to another North County Cycle dealership before here because my friend took me there. The Sales person there was not friendly and did not cater his time into helping me find the best deal/bike suit me. Instead he CONSTANTLY asked me "Let's run some numbers" before he would further assist me. Anyhow, when I came to ECC, I met my sales rep. He did not harrass me by any means, but was there to answer what ever question I had and helped me comparing different bikes. Never ONCE told me to run a credit apps until I decided to do so to further the process. I've been buying virtually everything at ECC, service guys are great, same with parts. Thank ECC."

"Sales staff are professional, courteous with no pressure and answered all my questions. I went to two other motorcycle dealer where I was looking around at the bikes and a member of there sales staff walked up to me and stated are you going to buy something or what. Yea good luck with that and good luck finding any help at all at the other one, I could have walked out of the dealership with a bike and they wouldnt have noticed and great location as well yea right. Not only did I get one hell of a deal at ECC but the service dept and sales staff were very nice."

"Matt Smith in parts is above and beyond any parts guys I have ever delt with! I came in to get a quote for an insurance claim and Matt not only took the time to find all the information I needed when I was there but when I called 30min later to change the the quote and some of the information he took care of it.!!!! "i bought a 2004 GSXr-600 from you guys about three months ago and it is perfect. i got the low jack system put in it from you guys with the bike. A couple of weeks after i purchased the bike it was stolen and it was recovered because of the low jack system. The bike runs perfect i couldnt have asked for a better purchase.
